Locate the folder with your QuickBooks files.
Search for the files with the Network Data (.ND) extension. The name of the ND file will be similar to your company file.
Click right on each of these and choose to Rename.
Add the .OLD extension to the name of the files, it should look like [company file name].ND.OLD.
